How are hazardous materials (hazmat) like powders and primers shipped?
All smokeless powder and primer orders are packed in compliance with federal dangerous goods transport regulations and dispatched through certified hazmat carriers. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse.
Can I combine primers and powder into the same shipment to save on hazmat fees?
Yes. Where carrier weight and package limit regulations permit, we group your primers and smokeless powders into a single certified hazmat shipment to minimize your freight and hazmat costs.
How do you ensure lot consistency across my order?
We pull your order from the same manufacturer lot batch whenever possible. If an order requires splitting across multiple lots, our team contacts you before processing to confirm the exact batch numbers.
Is an adult signature required upon delivery?
Yes. Because primers and powders are regulated hazardous materials, carriers require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone over 18/21 will be present to sign.
What happens if an item is listed on the website? Is it actually in stock?
If a product shows as “In Stock” on our site, it is physically on our shelves and reserved for immediate dispatch, we do not take orders for ghost inventory or unconfirmed backorders.
Do you offer bulk purchasing or tiered volume pricing?
Yes. We supply both individual bench shooters and high-volume operations. Bulk packaging and tiered pricing are available directly on product pages, or you can contact our supply team for custom scheduled orders.
Can I return primers or smokeless powder after delivery?
Due to strict safety standards and federal transportation regulations for hazardous materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on powders or primers once they have shipped from our facility.
What storage standards do you follow for powders and primers prior to shipping?
All products are stored in climate- and humidity-controlled, non-sparking storage facilities following strict regulatory storage guidelines to preserve chemical integrity and shelf life.
